Privacy policy
What personal data this site handles, why, how long we keep it, and how to object. Last updated November 2, 2026.
What this site is
A list of fully remote jobs collected directly from company career pages, each shown with its source and a link to apply on the employer's site. There are no accounts and no sign in.
The operator of this site decides how the data described here is used and is responsible for it. The site is not run by, and is not affiliated with, the companies whose jobs it lists.
Personal data in job texts
Most personal data on this site is about people at the employer, not about visitors: a hiring manager's name, or a recruiter's email or phone number inside a job description.
We show the description as the employer published it, because the employer put those details there for candidates to use.
Legal basis: legitimate interest. Our interest is to collect fully remote jobs directly from employers' career pages and show them to job seekers with their source and the date they appeared on this site, so that job seekers find a fresh job at its original source.
Reports about a job
The report form on a job page sends the kind of problem, an optional comment of up to 500 characters and an optional email address.
The email address is used only to handle that report, never for marketing. Giving it is your choice, and that consent is its legal basis.
We do not store your IP address with a report. To limit how often reports can be sent, we store a keyed hash of the address. Without our secret key the hash cannot be traced back to the address, so it is pseudonymous data, not anonymous data. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the forms free of abuse.
Removing a company
A company can object to being listed through the page for removing a company. The form sends the company's website domain, the email address of the person sending it and an optional reason.
Every request is saved, and a person reviews it. Nothing changes on the site before that review.
If your email domain matches the company website we have on record and the request is confirmed, we stop collecting the company's jobs. Its jobs and company page are removed from the site with the next update.
If the domains do not match, we do not know the company website, or a person has already reviewed an earlier request for this company and kept it listed, the request still waits for a person, who makes the final decision.
Job records are not deleted, only taken off the site, so later updates do not add the company back.
As with reports, we store a keyed hash of your IP address, not the address.
How long we keep data
- A closed job leaves the site with the next update.
- Job records stay in our database after a job closes; a closed job is not shown on the site.
- The email address you give in a report or a removal request is kept with that request. You can ask us to delete it through the report form.
- Analytics events are kept by PostHog for 12 months.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies and does not show ads. It uses PostHog analytics to learn how the site is used: which pages are opened, which filters and sort orders are chosen, how many results a search returns and when it returns none, which jobs are opened, how far a job page is scrolled and how long it stays open, which jobs get an apply click, which links in the header, footer and page path are used, which forms are opened and sent, when the job list fails to load, and which outside sites people leave for. The words you type into search are never sent, only how long the search is.
PostHog keeps a random identifier in your browser's local storage and session storage, under names that start with ph_, so that visits from the same browser are counted together. Next to it, PostHog keeps the address of the first page you opened here and of the page you came from. These addresses can contain the words of a search; they stay in your browser, and the search words are removed from every address before an event is sent. One more entry in local storage remembers that you closed the notice about analytics, and session storage briefly remembers which list a job was opened from. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes all of them.
Each analytics event carries the page address without your search words, the page you came from, and your browser and device type. Our analytics project is set to discard IP addresses. A notice at the bottom of the page tells you about this until you press Okay.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare delivers the site and runs the service that receives form submissions. Your IP address passes through it to deliver each request.
- Neon hosts our database in Frankfurt, Germany.
- PostHog receives analytics events and stores them in its EU region in Frankfurt, Germany.
- GitHub runs the daily job that reads career pages.
What we do not do
- We do not link analytics to a name, an email address or an account.
- We do not collect or store resumes.
- We do not sell or share personal data.
- We do not write personal data from forms into our logs.
Your rights
You can ask us to correct or delete personal data about you, or object to its use. A company can use the page for removing a company. If your data is in a job description, use the report form on that job page and choose "Other".
